Whew! Quite a day! A baptism, a birthday (almost), Pentecost and Mother’s Day. Congratulations to Sophia, happy nearly birthday to Isabella, happy Mother’s Day to you (belatedly) and back to ordinary time for us all . I hope you have a nice restful day today.
Yes, it was quite a day. And my poor sister had to get up at 4 this morning to catch her plane back to Texas. Unfortunately, it isn’t going to be so restful for us. For now I’m ignoring the messy house and dirty dishes; but I’ve got to take both girls to the doctor this morning for their 2 month and 2 year check ups. Which means shots all around. It isn’t going to be such a happy day for my girls, I fear. Ordinary time indeed.
