Recently Bella has taken to throwing temper tantrums. When she’s frustrated or upset or not getting her way she sits down on the ground and hits her head against the ground. Very deliberately. Just one knock. Or maybe two well-spaced ones if she continues to not get her way. And sometimes she looks startled and upset when it hurts.
I vaguely recall my sister doing something similar. Except hers was more full-body thrashing. Is this normal behavior for this age? (Don’t answer that. Rhetorical question.) Where does she learn it from? (Also rhetorical.)
Confession: sometimes it’s really hard not to laugh.
Also, I really hope I can manage to catch it on film some day. Am I a terrible mother?
