I have not had a haircut, not even a trim, since just before Bella was born. It’s been almost exactly three years!
My hair was so long it was very hard to brush and care for.
I decided it was time.

I will be sending the braid that was cut off to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
I’ve donated hair to them once before, when I was in grad school. It’s a great charity.
