    You should make it clear that the chocolates would not have made it to Valentines before me giving them to you, not because I’d eat them myself.

    Oh, and I’m good at keeping secrets. I’m just not good at keeping presents. smile

    I thought that was clear from context. I would never knowingly imply that you would eat the chocolates you bought for me.

    I think of presents as a kind of secret; but I’ll take your word for the other. smile
