Miss Happiness and Miss Flower (finished), Magna Charta, St Louis de Montfort, Story of the Universe (light), Story of the World (Henry V), lectionary readings (really good discussion about them).
Bedtime story: Mitchells Five for Victory.
Sophie told me about her reading: Deuteronomy, a Scarlet Pimpernel novel, and a book about Christian heroes and saints.

Friday October 19

Ben: math, copywork, Explode the Code, finished reading What Will Little Bear Wear.
Sophie: math, copywork, French, Geography
Bella: math, composition, narrate Naturalist Buys a Farm
Read: Two library books: Visilisa the Brave and Baba Yaga, The Littlest Matroyshka. Also Little Plum. And that was it because we had gone to the grocery store and library after lunch.
Bedtime stories: Two more library books: The Black Geese, which is another one about Baba Yaga. and then a picture book about a boy who wants to be a shepherd like his father (from Kim Lewis, who is one of Bella’s favorites).
