The yard is full of bright sunny dandelions and my girls love to bring me fistfuls of that sunshine.

We went for a walk the other day and admired our neighbors’ gardens. I snapped some photos of lovely red tulips. I want to plant some of them for myself. So pretty.

Last night Theresa was holding sleeping Anthony while I went to take a shower. I came out, bursting with something to tell her, and found her sound asleep with him nestled on her chest. What a beautiful picture they made!

The smile on Ben’s face as he reads his favorite book.

Two little girls pretending to be nuns, singing Immaculate Mary and Regina Coeli as they process around the room.

Bare legs and bare feet and hours spent out of doors. Heaven after a long, snowy winter.

Sophie put her own shoes on—on the wrong feet. It still makes me laugh.

Ben digging around in my night stand drawer stuck a pencil into my chapstick.

Bella, pretending to go on a trip. Lots of luggage fully packed.

I put her hair in French braids for the first time and she cried.

Three year-old tantrums, combined with a cold: “Can you wipe my nose!”

Yummy kale crisps. Kale tossed with olive oil and salt and baked until crunchy.
