Yeah, I’m sure I’ve done my fair share of offending my in-laws too. My family’s breezy ‘give a present if I find something super appropriate but otherwise don’t worry about it too much’ ways are in stark contrast to those of my in-laws, who all show up with piles of presents at the drop of a hat.
That’s a riot. My family is the same way about cards. Doug’s family is militant about cards. I know I’ve done my fair share of offending.
