Yesterday afternoon Bella again fell asleep on the couch while I read her a book (Millions of Cats
). I’m thinking that when the baby comes this may be more the norm than snuggling with mama in the rocking chair. I’m glad to know she doesn’t have to be in my lap to go down for her nap. All it takes is a good book read two or three times in a row (though switching the music from boisterous Irish folk to calming chant didn’t hurt either, I’m sure.) I can do that while nursing a baby.
and connecting that it’s a sphere! not just a flat circle! that’s so exciting!
