The snow, which turned to sleet, has finally turned to rain. Luckily before Dom had to do too much digging, the upstairs neighbors’ brother-in-law appeared with a snowblower. Even more fortunately Dom’s work function for tonight has been canceled. I’m going to make potato pancakes and we’ll have them with leftover lentils or vegetable soup.
