I don’t remember having them this early with Bella. Then again, with her it took me some time before I even figured out what they were. They don’t really feel like what I thought contractions would feel like and it took a direct question from my OB with a better description than any of the books had before I realized: Hey, yeah I have been having those!
Anyway, they made for an interesting trip through the grocery store this afternoon, what with me stopping every couple of minutes to grab my abdomen and breathe deeply.
Being from Texas, the fall color is still new and exciting for me now in my seventh New England fall.
Obviously, this is not a great time to do so for you; but sometime you might check out Lost Maples State Natural Area I remember going with my parents as a kid. Not quite New England colors, but a fun day trip in the fall and a chance to see something other than brown.
I always envy those who live where leaves come in other colors besides green, dark green, and dead. Thanks for sharing!
loved the leaves! I remember picking up beautiful leaves in vermont, only to have them turn dark and less than cheerful when they dried up..
Nice to have a snapshot of them in all their glorious joy!
